ZMReborn or ZMR250@230 3PV rig
So, this is my 4th modification of still living ZMR250 frame (as I still have many spare carbon parts) where Im using 3D printed spacers between the top and botom plate.
this was build before (which I crashed) made with nylon spacers.

Advantage is lower weight than original frame, even with 3D prints. Frame is shorter and thinner, motor to motor is shorten from 250mm to 234 mm and most of the parts sits inside 3d prints.
Im using this for 3PV video and so camera is beside the frame and you can se drone in the video. Camera is Insta 360 go.

3D DESIGN:
As ussual I started in Sketchup (and before that caliper and lot of measuring) and if someone needs, I can share all the parts on my https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/by/wizzx
Than I print many 3D prints and tests
even with some failed prints:)
This was the final design:
As I cut original carbon just manually (with saw and metal file) I lasercut some sticker and stick it to original plate and than manualy cut.
Motors are closer than original ZMR, arms need to be modified as well
BUILD:
I’m using integrated VTX and PDB (Matek FCHUB-VTX) – need to save some space – bottom plate needs to be grinded to fits VTX:
I’m big fun of fixed XT60 on the frame (means really fixed) and I never had a problem with that. Also I’m use hard copper for XT60.
Glued buzzer and LED into that rear 3D parts
Put some 4 years old BLHeli S ESCs which still do the job and 1000uF 35V cap
MATEK F722 STD and Crossfire NANO, good old Red Bottoms and crossfire antena just glued in the front – next time holders can be part of 3d prints (during 3D desing I was on radiolink recievers)
3PV:
Some old GPS holders looking forward to modify and L profile cut off/bend/grind
Epoxy just to be sure and black paint
Ready to assebmly to frame
Desing of insta360 go holder was also tricky.
First design was not so good because it was hard to insert insta camera into that.
Second was reely good and light…
But I lost my insta in the forest during flipy flopy…. grrrrr (6hours of searching, GPS tracking of searched area, involved more people to search – nothig helps) but insta360 send me a new camera for a 90euro.. not bad.
so I stay with a 3rd (actualy around 13th) design of insta360 fixture.
It goes really hard inside (specialy if theres cold weather), but better then lost camera.
BTW it is printed on flexible SLA resinhttps://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_A9Q211
camera can be also placed oposite and look back
So thats all from the build, hope you like it. Some photos from final build as well as weight:
BTW. I recommend to buy some spare https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_9GTDo3 as in hard crash you probably broke camera holder as I did:
